Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on Micky88. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts created to circumvent a previous closure or restriction are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
All promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback rewards, are subject to individual wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account termination.
Deposits and withdrawal requests must originate from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Micky88 supports Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Third-party payment processing is not permitted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Micky88 will never request your password via email, chat, or phone. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately via the live chat or email channels on the platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Micky88 and its registered members. In the event of any conflict between promotional material and these Terms, the Terms shall prevail. Micky88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with notice published on the platform.

To register and maintain a Micky88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:
Age Verification: Micky88 will request valid identity documents (Malaysian MyKad, Driving Licence, or Passport) to confirm the age of any account holder. Accounts that cannot satisfy age verification will be suspended and any balance will be returned in accordance with our standard procedures. Bonus funds will be forfeited on closure of unverified accounts.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any given time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device fingerprints — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.
During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Micky88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Micky88 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through approved payment channels. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. The use of payment methods owned by third parties — including family members — is strictly prohibited and may trigger account review or suspension.

The minimum deposit is RM50. Micky88 does not impose additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own processing charges. All deposits are subject to standard fraud screening. Micky88 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding defined internal thresholds.
Cryptocurrency Deposits: Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR-equivalent at the rate applied at the time the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network. Micky88 is not liable for price fluctuations between the time of sending and the time of confirmation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Where a matching reversal is not possible, alternative methods may be arranged following KYC verification and internal review. Micky88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Where verification documents have not been submitted or remain pending, withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is satisfactorily completed. Micky88 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request at its sole discretion for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
Micky88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to individual terms that specify the applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement.
All bets placed on the Micky88 platform — including sports wagers on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other markets, as well as casino game wagers — are subject to the individual game rules and bet acceptance policies of the relevant game provider or sportsbook operator.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Micky88 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:
Micky88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms, engagement in prohibited conduct, or where required by applicable law or internal risk management policy.
Upon permanent account closure initiated by Micky88 for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed in line with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. Where no breach is established and the closure is procedural, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following satisfactory KYC verification.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their own accounts may do so by contacting our support team. Closure requests are processed within one business day. Self-exclusion requests are permanent and irrevocable — see Section 11 for further details.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content or software found on the Platform; scrape, index, or systematically download Platform data; or use the Micky88 brand or trademark in any manner without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Micky88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or financial loss arising from:
Micky88's total aggregate liability to any Member under any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
Micky88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via on-platform notification or by email to the address on file. The effective date of any revision will be displayed at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure through our support team.
